attentive staff jacuzzi pool amazing selection disruptive noise poor cleanliness limited variety

the staff were very attentive i was greeted warmly and given assistance. the pools offered a variety of options for relaxation i enjoyed the jacuzzi pool especially. the food at the buffet dinner was a good value i found the selection amazing.

the noise level was disruptive due to a wedding event it disturbed my peace. the cleanliness of the room was not good i saw visible signs that it was not cleaned well.

free upgrade pool view breakfast buffet beach view

I received a free upgrade, so i got a pool view room. i loved the heated pools! the breakfast buffet offered lots of delicious options. haitham and chef murad were extra helpful and cooperative. They gave us complementary drinks for the kids. the beach with a great view for the sunset was an absolute bonus.
