free upgrade pool view breakfast buffet beach view

I received a free upgrade, so i got a pool view room. i loved the heated pools! the breakfast buffet offered lots of delicious options. haitham and chef murad were extra helpful and cooperative. They gave us complementary drinks for the kids. the beach with a great view for the sunset was an absolute bonus.
